(News) Firefights Breaks Out in Downtown as New Faction Enters the District.
| The group, the Syndicate of Everlasting Twilight(SET) – a rogue paramilitary group formed from the remnants of New Dawn Security(NDSec), a foreign Private Military Corporation, after its first withdrawal from Glitch City – comprises of multiple armored vehicles carrying multiple platoons worth of individuals, including multiple fielding what seems to be advanced power suits analogous to White Knight's technology.
| In the public messages posted to multiple channels, they claim to be defending and extracting their assets and clients still left in Downtown when chaos initially started. However, the GCPD refuses to allow them into the district and warns them against doing so.
| Multiple armed convoys enter the district in armored infantry fighting vehicles, ignoring GCPD's warning. The GCPD forces deem them to be illegally trespassing and open fire on the group, leading to extended firefights lasting throughout the night as multiple convoys were eventually stopped and the armed combatants form several fighting positions in the district around their trapped vehicles as more reinforcements pour into the district.
| The number casualties on both side remains unknown.
