After being acquired by the multinational conglomerate Steele Group International, the private military company Spectre Security Services(Tri-S), formerly New Dawn Security(NDSec), and its sole subdiary Spectre Research and Development Group(SRDG), formerly New Dawn Research Group(NDRG), have been undergoing a substantial reorganisation and reformation, according to a public announcement by Steele Group's CEO Daniel Bauer.

"[The two companies] are very well-equiped and well-staffed, though they can be better adapted to suit [Steele Group's] needs," said Mr.Bauer in the announcement.
One development of note among the many changes within the announcement is the partial decommisioning of the counter-cybernetics division of SRDG, responsible for the controversial EMP attack and the subsequent blackout during the famous Glitz Incident within the Glitch City Perimeters.

"While we do not doubt the effectiveness of these technologies in times past, our focus are elsewhere. As such, we find that these resources can be better invested elsewhere within the many developing projects," mentioned Mr.Bauer.

The newly reformed Tri-S have gone through a significant restructuring, though the reason for this maybe to accomodate the intregation of new technologies and training courses introduced to their staffs. The full extent and implications of these new integrations are still unknown at this time.
"We hope increase the adaptability of our personnel in the field and continue the company's legacy of combining training with top of the line technology," said Mr.Bauer.

Tri-S have now won three security contracts and another military advising contract since its acquisition and integration into Steele Group International last year, and its revenue are rapidly expanding under the new direction of the conglomerate. Neither the conglomerate nor the company have commented on the expansion into Glitch City after the expiration of the demilitarization agreement signed after the Glitz Incident.
