I stole the gun and the guy, I robbed a convenience store but got chased out, so I thought I'd rob a vending machine. Got tasted for it

The tip is, don't, you will die, really quickly.
If you don't die to Vindertech's security dudes guarding the vending machines, then you'll get whacked by a cop. If it's not the cops then it's the local gang. If it's not the local gang then it's one of the endless stream of vigilantes. If it's not the vigilante then it's runners and mercs hired by one of the shop you tried to rob.
| If it's not the runners and mercs then it's the lilim you stole from coming back in another shell to whack you and get their gun back.
There's a food chain in this kinda thing, obey by it, or you will get zero'd quicker than a newbie runner trying to mess with a corpo fuck.
Sell the gun so you can't be traced, pocket the money, and move on.
