That's why I was saying we'd check the registery and everything, and had the Major with her.
We're just really busy is all, and most of our cars are either out on patrols or in repairs.

Sure, they're efficient, but efficiency doesn't mean jack when you got fifty homeless couples dumped on the system for tax payer money to try and barely handle.
They're workers too, stripes like us so I don't wanna insult them, but they're not liked in the force or the public for obvious reasons.
