The people you're looking for are the DYNAMOFUCKS, stupid name I know.
Their leader is unknown, but I'd bet a pretty penny a guy who goes by CN calls the shots.
His aliases include TOWER too, so be aware of that.
The two power-suit wearing people are the Wardrobers you already know about.
they have a lot of contacts, and a lot of enemies too, Last I heard they kidnapped some doctors and a patient from a hospital, just to give you an exemple.
