So I'm in a bit of a bind, I promised a friend of mine a home cooked meal and learned from a friend that they're crazy about spicy food...thing is I'm kind of a little bitch when it comes to spicy food.
I can't even handle synthpepper from McRonalds.
What's you guy's favorite spicy foods? Extra points if it's a Chinese dish.

Wait McDonalds is still a thing? I thought Taco Bell won the Fast Food Wars... Wait, no that was Demolition Man with Sylvester Stallone. - Makura

Also, I recommend any sort of dishes you can find that uses Jalapeneo. It's just hot enough that you can handle it, and hot enough that he'll be satisfied. - Makura

That one Pad Thai stall, Dang!, is really good. Definitely worth going to, especially if you could pick me some up too because that would be nice

I wouldn't worry about making something super spicy, make something you're comfortable with. You won't be impressing anyone if you're red faced after a bite.

You can get roasted rat on a stick quite spicy in Downtown

I think you should probably try papaya salad and sticky rice or Paneang with rice. They are really tasty and you can adjust to heat of the dish to your liking. Pad thai is also another one that tou can actually get pretty spicy without going all out on spiciness. -Dang

That's awesome! Thanks, gurls! I'll try pad thai and paneang with rice. You actually reminded me that I have an uncle with a few recipes for paneang...
Hopefully he won't make a whole ordeal of it. Last time I asked him for a recipe, he demanded I let him help. @ @ -SUI-LIAN

If you filter karmotrine through a pound of rice and pepper seeds it'll add some spice to it

...Sooo I wound up telling my uncle about the recipes offered and as predicted he demanded he'd help. So now we're doing Kou Shui Ji, Mapo Tofu, and a hoard of other things...
The spice is so thick that I can barely breath and my eyes are watering...Maybe I should have done this by myself.
Hey, thanks for the recipe, by the way..I'll check it out when he's *not* here. -SUI-LIAN

I mean sure. I don't mind. Even if it isn't I don't see myself eating much of this. -SUI-LIAN
