For a few weeks now, the Glitch City Scientific Institute of Weather Technologies(GCSCW) has been getting strange readings emanating from off the coast of the Flooded District. The readings originally included strange electrical activity. But after a more detailed analysis was made using the artificial satellite Orihime, GCSCW now states that the anomaly also seems to be affecting gravity and magnetism.
"It's unheard of." Stated GCSCW spokesperson Alex STEELE

In an interview with the press following the announcement, mr.STEELE reassured the populace that the anomaly, while still troubling, does not seem to be gaining in strength.
"It's static, it doesn't move, we don't know if it could, but we hope to have studied it before it does. If it even can." Mr.STEELE told the GC News Herald
In the meantime, the GCSCW is planning a survey off the coast to assess the anomaly in more details and promises to report as soon as possible.
