Need help navigating out of flooded

| You're in luck, if you can hold out a bit longer. My grandfather's recently moved his operation back into GC and we were already prepping for an excursion into Flooded. We can pick you up with our VTOL craft.

| Not gonna lie, if I see a district that's literally named 'flooded', I would expect it to be filled with water.
