(News)NDSec Announces End of Operations in Glitch City.
| The lawsuits resulted in massive compensation of all companies affected by the situation in terms of both personel and equipment resources, as well as a sharp reduction in NDSec's ability to field most EMP technologies, air support units, heavy armored units, and small reduction in their ability to field infantry units within Glitch City for an extended period of time. The later of which crippled NDSec's ability to participate in larger scale military operations within Glitch City.
| "We may return, we may not, that will be up to the future. But we have learned many important lessons from our time involved in this city, and we will make sure to not make any such mistakes again", said Cole Willis, CEO of New Dawn Security.
| All of New Dawn Security's assets are currently being pulled out of service and shipped out of Glitch City. All of their Outposts, Intelligence Centers, and Training Facillities are being closed down.

| Following combined class action lawsuits filed by various companies, including but not limited to; Jinterprise and K-TRAN against them following the district-wide EMP activated during the Glitz District Peacekeeping Operation, New Dawn Security decided to announce the end of all operations in Glitch City and dissolution of New Dawn Glitch City Assault and Guard Regiments.
