| Hey everyone, its CN here with everybody's central hub for all things GC related. Today I'm on the lookout for some specific info about someone. Guy goes, or at least went by the name of Dr. W Shears, used to work as a doc over in Neo San Fran, at least until he was exposed for stealing important Aug parts from his work to sell in a black market clinic. Hes kind of on the middle aged to the old side, and he ain't no looker, though hes pretty chromed up at least. This description is pretty old so he may have changed his face, but if hes here in GC hes probably up to his old tricks in the black market. Any info is appreciated.
