...we, of course, thought this was a stupid idea. Why surgically remove a perfectly good set of ears when the candidate could have *two*?
The difficult stemmed less from surgically altering the CNS to accept one set of organs over another- rather, animus splicing required that we interpret, feed, interpret again, feed again, and then, in our own language, *translate* the makeup into a form that made sense-
...and did not leave the candidate horrifically scarred for life. I mean...
...insofar as a cross between homo sapiens and canis lupus could be considered, scarring.
Dione's words, however; not mine. Someone getting their hair done isn't going to complain if the end result looks good, and... not to brag, but I happen to know a thing or two about that.
