>A video player starts playing a file titled: Lecture 2 >A young girl wearing a lab coat is standing in front of a blackboard "Welcome everyone to this lecture, my name is Felicia and I'll be explaining the basics of the system we at ACRAS have been developing since 30 years now, the FAL system, also known as the Failure of Life system!" >The girl taps the blackboard with a ruler "This system's goal is to create a computer revolution, and to make use of wasted resources to do so"

"The basics of the system are as follow, the FAL is a biological computer, basically a "living machine" if you will." >The girl draws a blocky computer on the blackboard "Basically, the FAL will be a living system, complete with a brain, and by that I mean literally, the main ingredient of this computer will be humans" >The girl draws a human figure onto the computer

"We will be using a single subject computer as our exemple, so imagine a man who suffers an illness so grave it puts him in a vegetative state with no chance of recovery. Well by putting his body to use, and keeping him alive within the new system we are developing we could gain access to his brain power to process tasks, but also allow him to reconnect with recreated senses within the computer and potentially making him one with the system, in a fashion similar to lilims"

>The girl smiles "A way to be better off than remaining trapped within his body forever till it expires right? The goal with this initiative is to allow people who have lost their living potential and bring them back to reality, all the while we benefit from their calculation ability and bio components to use the system as a super computer of sorts" >She pauses "Of course, the system is not without it's flaws though"

"As we speak, all subjects that have been merged within the FAL seem to experience something akin to a loss of memories, followed by a rapid descent into madness and internal combustion, basically, they burn from the inside" >The girl shakes her head "The only way we have to avoid this is to use more subjects and have them interface together, no less than 25 humans have to be used and operate together to avoid those issues"

"As more subjects are added their memories mixes but somehow manage to stay intact for a longer time, the subjects all act in the same fashion each experiments though, they "elect" a representative and this chosen one speaks for all of them whenever we try and interact with the system past using it as a normal computer, and often times the representative speaks of madness and calamity, of quote "Great ones" and "Faceless"..." >The girl sighs deeply "The reasons for this are unknown

"One other thing they seem to always talk about is the one they call LS, apparently this LS is responsible for the failure of our experiments, they seem to be what they call a "Great one" and his meddling causes the people within the system to loose their memories until they have nothing more to give, at which point they expire and burn from within, adding more people seems to make it so this... thing has to go through more memories, thus the time before the system fails extends"

"None of the professors have any idea why this happens, but apparently it's a problem with the materials used, which is a nice way to say that the humans we use, may all be crazy from the loss of sense coming from a dive into vegetative state, or something else... but I personally am starting to think *Something* may be interfering with our systems, maybe a hacker, or some new cyber virus" >The girl looks straight at the camera

"This is all the time we had for today, saddly" >A knock is heard on the door, which then becomes a flurry of hits "OPEN UP PROFESSOR, THE C-" >The girl picks up the camera and brings it closer, tuning out the noise coming from outside "Damnit, fuck, I knew it!" >A case is grabbed by the girl, bearing an inscription "G-11PROTO" "The system is born to fail, if anyone watching this finds one of the units, destroy it, dont let conscience stop you!" >The video suddenly cuts off

Ummmmmmmmm wat? Still...hmmm... >Computer, scan for data on keyword FAL SYSTEM
>{command accepted} >{%loading%} >{3RRrrr○●○○@@@££££} >{data has been wiped by codename} >{e333RrrR@●○●errrrrrrrRrR} >{Variable not found} >{Codename not found} >{data not found}
Oof..so its serious enough to warrant a lot of caution it seems...
I wonder who would be ballsy enough to investigate >IA

My memory is saying something about this, though much I remember is about a collapsing building and a sword-wielding knight. What a weird dream that was— -xnbc

>>ed5fb9 Perhaps it was one of GC's white knights? Not sure how they operated though. -Dice

>>521834 I haven't seen any actual White Knights alive nowadays, I doubt that was what's left of them.
>>521833 Aha! Yes. The sword knight is similar to this! I do dream of weird things, huh? To think that an unknown person would be in it. Strange! -xnbc
