This thing, in a analytical perspective.
Soloed 5 people i full combat armor, geared with high cal rifles and fhakin *f l a m e t h r o w e r s* and steel hallow point rounds.
Got shot,burned and stabbed throughout a fight that lasted an hour.
And *LIVES*.

Now that I have more details, it might not be that easy. But if you shot and burned that thing for an hour and it's still alive, why would you give any living person the job of disposing of it? That thing must be an enormous threat to the entire city. If you just let it be for a bit, some corps will eventually realise how dangerous it is, and spend their resources trying to dispose of it. That would get rid of the bear AND weaken corporations.

I'd love it to be similar to the revolver you saw during our 'meeting'. I mean the barrel would be 12 bullets, a laser pointer, and that thing which makes the barrel faster, increasing shooting speed (forgot what it's called). You can just alter an oldschool revolver, that's what i did with mine. You can always add other cool adjustments.
